FAQ's

Here you'll find answers to common questions about my artwork, purchasing process, and more. If you have any other inquiries, feel free to get in touch—I'm always happy to help!

General

Originals are one-of-a-kind artworks that are never reproduced as prints, making each piece truly unique. Prints, on the other hand, are high-quality reproductions of select artworks, available on fine art paper or canvas. The original artworks used to create these reproductions are held exclusively by me and are not for sale. As I create very few originals each year, prints offer a great option for making my art more accessible, allowing me to reach a wider audience with reproductions of my work.

As an emerging artist working from my home studio, I don’t currently have a physical studio gallery for people to visit. However, my website features curated galleries where you can explore my work. My long-term goal is to grow my art to a point where I can have my own studio gallery and eventually work full-time as an artist. In the meantime, I’m doing my best to work towards that goal and your support is helping me every step of the way.

All limited edition prints are signed, numbered, and come with a certificate of authenticity. Open edition prints are unsigned but are still of the same high quality.

All my new original artworks come pre-framed for your convenience. I now also offer framing options for all print purchases.

Yes, you can! If you have a specific frame in mind that’s not part of the standard options, I can accommodate your request. Simply let me know what you're looking for, and I will source the frame and provide you with a custom quote.

All framed artworks and prints come ready to hang. If you’re purchasing an unframed print, you can opt to frame it yourself as a budget-friendly option or support your local framer by having it professionally framed.

To keep your artwork looking its best:

  • Avoid direct sunlight or prolonged exposure to moisture.
  • Dust lightly with a soft cloth to clean.

For framed prints and artworks, ensure the frame remains dry and avoid leaning heavy objects on it.

Shipping

I offer free domestic shipping on all artworks and flat rate shipping on international orders. Express options are available on select artworks for domestic shipping. This is calculated at checkout. All orders are carefully packaged and insured against loss and damages.

Yes, I offer standard flat rate international shipping! Here’s a breakdown of shipping rates:

Oceania:

  • Prints & Small Artworks: $15
  • Medium to Large Artworks: $90

Rest of the World:

  • Prints & Small Artworks: $45
  • Medium Artworks: $155
  • Large Artworks: $220

These flat rates apply to all international orders and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artworks in your cart.

These rates are based on common sizes I currently offer and are subject to change as I scale and create larger artworks, or as shipping and carrier rates change.

Yes, I can ship to a PO Box if the artwork is less than 1 x 1 metres in size. For large artworks, a courier service is required, so I’ll need a physical residential or business address for delivery. If you accidentally provide a PO Box for a large artwork, don’t worry—I’ll contact you to provide an alternative address.

Prints: Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, depending on the print and framing option. If framing is selected, please allow 2-3 weeks for production as these are made to order.

Originals: Original artworks typically ship within 2-5 business days. Large artworks may take up to 7 days, depending on courier pickup times and availability.

For custom orders or framed prints, production times may vary. Shipments may also be delayed if I am away from my studio. If this happens, I will provide notice of estimated times in the announcement banner on my home page or on the product page.

Returns

I offer a 30 day grace period for you to experience the artwork in your home. If it doesn't feel right or suit your space like you hoped and desired, I happily accept returns. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days after this period ends, including Certificates of Authenticity if applicable.

Yes, exchanges are available. If you’d like to exchange an artwork, please contact me within the 30-day return period to discuss your options.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. I’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that’s through a replacement, repair, or refund.
